How to Crack Your Amazon Interview in 60 Days

Hi there,

If we had an interview at Amazon in the next 60 days, here’s exactly how we’d prepare to stand out and win the offer. Amazon interviews are designed to test how you think, not just what you know.

First, decode the process. The Work Style Assessment isn’t a formality; many fail it. Behavioral rounds carry just as much weight as technical ones, so prepare strong, structured answers. Talk to ex-Amazon employees on LinkedIn or Blind to understand what’s expected for your role.

Next, build “Amazon-style” answers. Every response should be customer-obsessed, data-backed, and ownership-driven. Align your stories with Amazon’s 16 Leadership Principles (LPs). For each project, frame your impact using LPs like “Customer Obsession” or “Deliver Results.”

In behavioral rounds, Amazon interviewers go deep. Don’t just say what you did; explain how you thought through decisions and trade-offs. Structure your answers in the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

We’ve helped 400+ professionals land roles at Amazon, Google, and other top companies. See how others turned their interviews into job offers and how you can do the same with The Super Program.

Data makes all the difference. Instead of saying, “I improved system efficiency,” say, “I optimized query performance, reducing latency by 40% and saving $2.5M annually.” Create a “Data Sheet” with key metrics; you’re allowed notes during the interview, so use them smartly.

Finally, practice mock interviews. The Bar Raiser round is intense, and 3 to 5 realistic mock sessions can make a huge difference. Record yourself, simulate pressure, and refine your delivery.

Most candidates wing it and fail. The ones who prepare with structure and strategy, they land the offer.

With you every step of the way,

This “Feedback” is a huge red flag

Not because they lacked skills or weren’t a fit, but because they asked about salary, responsibilities, and work culture. Yes, really. This is where you should be applying
Hi {{ first_name }}, Most people looking for remote jobs only check LinkedIn and Indeed and then wonder why they’re competing with 500 other applicants for every role. The truth is, the best opportunities aren’t always on the biggest platforms. There are job boards specifically built for remote work, places where companies that are genuinely committed to remote hiring post their roles. N...
If your resume doesn’t show this, you’re losing opportunities
Hi {{ first_name }}, I came across a resume recently that helped this candidate land a $300,000 role at Google. And before you think it was just because of big names like Microsoft or Amazon on it, yes, that helped. But that’s not the full story. Because I’ve seen plenty of candidates from top companies still get rejected. What made this resume stand out was simple: it communicated impact, c...
