How to find a recruiter on LinkedIn in 30 Seconds

Sep 19, 2025
Connect

Hi there,

Most job seekers wait for recruiters to reach out, but the truth is - it’s much easier to find them yourself. Here’s how.

Start with an exact search in LinkedIn’s bar. Type your role with “AND hiring” (e.g., “Software Developer AND hiring”) to see posts where people are actively hiring. Then, filter by Posts so you only see recent openings, not random profiles.

Next, refine by company. Under All Filters → Author Company, add your target firms. Now your feed shows hiring posts directly from managers at the places you want to work.

The final step? Send a short, personalized connection message and follow up a few days later. This simple process turns LinkedIn into a recruiter-finder in just three clicks.

If you’re unsure how to use LinkedIn to land a role before 2025 ends, I’ve built a complete system to help you: position your profile, get replies from recruiters, and know exactly what to say when they reach out.

With you every step of the way,

This is where you should be applying
Hi {{ first_name }}, Most people looking for remote jobs only check LinkedIn and Indeed and then wonder why they’re competing with 500 other applicants for every role. The truth is, the best opportunities aren’t always on the biggest platforms. There are job boards specifically built for remote work, places where companies that are genuinely committed to remote hiring post their roles. N...
If your resume doesn’t show this, you’re losing opportunities
Hi {{ first_name }}, I came across a resume recently that helped this candidate land a $300,000 role at Google. And before you think it was just because of big names like Microsoft or Amazon on it, yes, that helped. But that’s not the full story. Because I’ve seen plenty of candidates from top companies still get rejected. What made this resume stand out was simple: it communicated impact, c...
