The resume framework that gets results

Hi {{ first_name }},

This is the kind of resume recruiters at Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Meta say YES to.

After reviewing 10,000+ resumes as a recruiter, I can tell you this, most resumes don’t fail because the candidate is underqualified. They fail because they don’t clearly show what the candidate has actually done.

The resumes that get interviews don’t rely on fancy templates or design tricks. They work because they respect the reader’s time and make the impact obvious within seconds.

Here’s what makes a resume stand out:

  • It leads with impact, not responsibilities, showing real outcomes like revenue influenced, customers onboarded, or systems scaled
  • It is easy to skim with clear structure, strong verbs, and numbers that immediately tell a story
  • It avoids overstuffing, focusing only on 3 to 5 strong bullets per role with no buzzwords or filler
  • It highlights leadership and business impact clearly, not hiding it at the bottom

As a recruiter, I should be able to get your story in 10 seconds. If I can’t, your resume is already at risk, no matter how strong your background is.

If you’re rewriting your resume, focus on this:

  • Don’t just describe your work, quantify your impact and show what changed because of you
  • Don’t chase keywords blindly, optimize for clarity and relevance instead
  • Cut the fluff, make every bullet answer, “Why should they hire me?”

You don’t need a graphic designer to land interviews. You need clarity, credibility, and the courage to own your work.

If you want a head start, check out our proven resume templates that have helped our clients land roles at FAANG. They are designed to help you highlight impact, structure your story, and stand out in seconds.

Start with the right foundation. Your next interview depends on it.

With you every step of the way,

This is where you should be applying
Hi {{ first_name }}, Most people looking for remote jobs only check LinkedIn and Indeed and then wonder why they’re competing with 500 other applicants for every role. The truth is, the best opportunities aren’t always on the biggest platforms. There are job boards specifically built for remote work, places where companies that are genuinely committed to remote hiring post their roles. N...
If your resume doesn’t show this, you’re losing opportunities
Hi {{ first_name }}, I came across a resume recently that helped this candidate land a $300,000 role at Google. And before you think it was just because of big names like Microsoft or Amazon on it, yes, that helped. But that’s not the full story. Because I’ve seen plenty of candidates from top companies still get rejected. What made this resume stand out was simple: it communicated impact, c...
